I honestly can’t say enough about how grateful we are to CleanWorks. What started as an absolute nightmare—a hot water tank that flooded our basement on Father’s Day while 1500 miles away on vacation—could have been so much more overwhelming, but Kevin and his team were there for us when we truly needed them. I called CleanWorks in a panic, and Kevin, the owner, answered the phone himself. Despite it being Father’s Day, he immediately took our situation seriously and had a crew at our house within an hour. That kind of response and compassion meant more to us than I can put into words. When you’re standing in the middle of a flooded basement wondering what you’re going to do, having someone say, “We’re coming to help,” is an incredible feeling. The cleaning crew were absolutely amazing. They worked so incredibly hard and never made us feel like we were just another job. They were kind, respectful, patient, and truly went above and beyond. They worked tirelessly to get everything cleaned up and dried out, and we could see how much pride they took in their work. We were so appreciative of every person who came through our door. Ryan, the manager overseeing our job, was also wonderful throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, helpful, and reassuring. Whenever we had a question or concern, Ryan was there. He made a stressful situation feel a little less scary because we knew someone was paying attention and making sure everything was being handled the right way. A basement flood is something I hope no one ever has to experience, but if you do, I truly hope you have a company like CleanWorks there to help you through it. Their professionalism is incredible, but more importantly, the people behind the company genuinely care. Kevin, Ryan, and the entire CleanWorks crew—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget how quickly you came to our rescue, how hard you worked, and how much kindness you showed us during a very stressful and emotional situation. I had an insurance claim because of damage that was a result of ice damming on my roof.  Two rooms were affected and had severely stained areas.  DJ Martin was the estimator and Mike Caffrey was the project manager.  Both men were knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with.  They replied in a timely manner whenever I had a question or concern. The workers were respectful, prompt and fast!  They moved furniture and covered everything including the carpet in both rooms and the hallway. We cannot say enough good things about Cleanworks and the exceptional job they did restoring our home. From the moment Kevin walked through our door, we felt reassured. He immediately put us at ease with his professionalism, knowledge, and clear understanding of what needed to be done. During a very stressful time, his confidence and expertise gave us peace of mind. Mike, our Project Manager, was an outstanding point of contact throughout the entire process. He was always responsive to our texts, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure everything continued moving smoothly and efficiently. Every member of the team was excellent. Apollo did a fantastic job with our flooring, Juan and his crew were hardworking and professional, and Jared, the electrician, was outstanding. Jimmy, the plumber, was excellent, and Edson and his crew did a fantastic job with the painting. Everyone involved in the restoration was skilled, courteous, and took great pride in their work. The quality of workmanship throughout the project was exceptional. We would also like to recognize Krystallee from Stone Depot, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out and design our new kitchen. Her expertise and guidance made the process enjoyable, and we absolutely love the way it turned out. Experiencing damage to your home is never easy, but Cleanworks made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from start to finish. If you’re looking for a company that will make you feel comfortable, confident, and certain that your home is in good hands, I highly recommend Cleanworks. I have had sewage water come into my basement three times now and each time everyone stresses me out when it comes time to fix and redo the basement and they give me a hard time. This company had made my experience so wonderful from their time management of getting everything done quickly to being able to redo my basement how I would like and allowing me options. I am so pleased with their work and I would recommend them to everyone who needs this service. They were so pleasant and made a terrible situation feel less stressful and manageable! Working with Cleanworks made an extremely difficult situation much easier to get through. Kevin Lang, himself, called me back within a few minutes of my very frantic voicemail involving a flooded basement. He and his team were quick to arrive, find the source and immediately started extracting water out of my home. Each team involved, from mitigation to cleanup to finished repairs, were a pleasure to deal with. They checked off all the boxes - professional, efficient, respectful and thorough. Kevin, Ryan, and their crews came out and handled everything from start to finish, and then some! Went above and beyond! They practically gutted my entire house and didn’t scratch or break a single thing. Super neat, clean, and professional.
